We had bak kut teh in the morning. we had it so late for that breakfast and we felt full then we skipped lunch.
Following the very late sleeping time the night before, I actually opt to get some sleep in stead of dinner in the evening before I go for my weekly futebol session.
I was still very tired and was fishing in my bloody jam ride to the indoor field.
I was surprised that I could still run and shoot without dinner on the field. But without dinner, I could only perform in my peak for a few minutes than took a longer time to recover before I could perform again.
After the game, lost one and won one. I felt dizzy without meals as if I was drunk xD
